On the 22nd of November, we were at the Koornbeurs with the Kritiki to watch Youtube-movies and have group-discussions about said movies’ subject matter.
Finally, we have analysed the survey hand out during our launch on the 6th of October 2011. It’s the same survey that’s available on our website (at http://voxdelft.com/survey/ ), asking students questions about their ambitions, social interests, and world issues. We decided it was time to share the results of our 13 participants. 🙂
Hey guys, Tonight, at 18.45 we will be at the Koornbeurs to have dinner, after which our 2nd formal event will take place: Criticizing Everything with dhr. Ir. C. Vermeeren. Hello everyone. This is just a brief reminder to let you all know that today VOX Weekly won’t be held in its usual fashion, due to the fact that we’re doing the Crazy Math Master Class instead! For those who originally intended to meet us at the aula today, there’s free pizza and an interesting … [Read more…]
We’ve been doing this for a while on the Facebook page, but now it’s time to take our favorite YouTube videos to the big screen. Well, sort of big. On November 22nd we’ll be hosting our first public event at the Koornbeurs in downtown Delft (in Dutch, I’m afraid). The idea is to project about … [Read more…]
Another short video where we highlight the most interesting and funny parts of our gathering. Join us every Thursday from 17:00 to 19:00 in the aula for a chat! Have yourself a dinner and a drink, relax and enjoy some VOX! See ya there!
On November 17th, the VOX Weekly meeting will be cut short to make space for “CRAZY MATH” – our first ‘formal’ event! Email info@voxdelft.com if you want to join us in listening to Gert Kramer talk about a completely unfamiliar, and yet totally intuitive way of using numbers. You will be amazed at … [Read more…]

Today was the first VOX Weekly. I just had to share the atmosphere with you, and it’s a good opportunity for me to get used to vlogging. I’m slowly warming up to it, I think. Though short, this session was loads of fun. I’m already looking forward to next thursday. =)
Like any other student association, VOX Delft want to hang out with its members. Let’s get to know each other! The first VOX Weekly Gathering will be held at the TU Delft Aula Congress Centre. Look for the big flag in the dining area. If you want to get more involved, offer your thoughts or … [Read more…]
We just got back from plugging VOX amidst the chaotic lunch-going crowd in the Aula. A crazy experience to see people reacting to our VOX-sweaters, flyers, surveys, video interviews, and banner. It was an information overload, and I’m quite sure the pitch we gave to each person was rather different every time. For those … [Read more…]
In light of our upcoming launch, I’d like to briefly touch base with all you, retrace some steps and explore why VOX Delft came to be – and, more importantly, why it has manifested the way it did. Consider this a raison d’être; a statement of intent. If there are any doubts left in your … [Read more…]
Completed the first photo-shoot today of the VOX board members. The pictures were taken by a photographer for the DELTA, the weekly newspaper of TU Delft, which will be using them to spice up their article on VOX Delft this week. The photographer gave VOX Secretary Samer a great opportunity to debate alternative income strategies. … [Read more…]
